BULLARD ISD DISCRIMINATES

Been driving buses since 1984 and been with Bullard ISD for 8 years. On Wednesday March 18, 2026 about 3:50 PM the kids was unruly so I pulled the bus over like I have done many times before, to take control of the bus and quieten the kids down. I talked to the kids about 10 minutes and gotten them to quieten down and was about to continue on my route when an Irate Parent showed up to the bus so I contacted My Supervisor Darryl Welmaker to report the Irate Parent and to my surprise he said release the Parent’s kids to her, but she got on the bus and told ALL the kids to get off the bus and when she did that I blocked the aisle so she could not kidnap the kids and she Assaulted Me! I called for help from the Bullard ISD Police and when they arrived to my surprise they went to the Irate parent and Ignored Me. I called for help because I had been assaulted, the Police ignored Me and took the Irate Parent statement and DID NOT take My statement. The Irate Parent was a Mexican Lady and it looks like the District is Prejudice because I as Their Bus Driver called for help, but the whole Police Force talked to the Mexican Irate Parent and Did NOT take My Statement. HOW IS THAT LEGAL???
On friday March 20, 2026 My Supervisor Darryl Welmaker called me and I ask him what is taking so long so I could go back to work – And his Exact Quote WAS – “I looked at the tape and you did Nothing wrong and You have nothing to worry about” but later that day when Darryl was on a bus driving, someone at Administration called me about 4:15 PM and Terminated Me!
I got assaulted they did nothing to the Irate Parent but I got Terminated!!! HOW IS THAT LEGAL???
